EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer & AI Adoption Specialist to bridge high-scale cloud platforms with our developer community. You will accelerate onboarding, training, and adoption of modern DevOps tooling and AI-powered workflows, requiring strong technical foundation and outstanding communication skills.
You will design onboarding journeys, author documentation, record tutorials, and host live sessions to empower engineers in using GitHub Copilot, CI/CD pipelines, and container
Formación
- Minimum of 3 years in DevRel/Developer Advocacy/Technical Training or Technical Writing with DevOps focus.
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, basic cloud infra and version control.
- Proven portfolio of technical writing or video tutorials.
Responsabilidades
- Design onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams.
- Author clear technical docs, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Script and edit tutorials and video guides for DevOps tools and workflows.
- Champion AI-assisted engineering tools and educate developers on GitHub Copilot usage.
- Host live training sessions and workshops to build platform proficiency.
- Gather feedback through Office Hours and translate it into actionable requirements.
