EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief-level AI Solution Engineering leader to embed AI into software development workflows across front-end and back-end teams. You will evaluate AI-assisted engineering practices, automate SDLC tasks, and measure impact on developer velocity and quality.

You will lead AI enablement initiatives, design agentic workflows, and integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines, while coaching engineers and collaborating with DevOps to standardize tooling across environments.

Formación

• 5+ years leading AI solution engineering and developer enablement initiatives.
• 5+ years applying AI/ML strategy to software delivery and engineering productivity.
• 7+ years designing and implementing AI agents frameworks in engineering workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define AI enablement strategy to improve engineering productivity across front-end and back-end teams.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted development tools for IDEs, code generation, and workflow acceleration.
• Design agentic workflows to automate repetitive engineering tasks and reduce developer friction.
• Automate SDLC processes such as unit test generation, documentation generation, and PR summaries.
• Integrate AI-driven checks into CI/CD pipelines to detect bugs, vulnerabilities, and structural issues earlier.
• Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for safe, effective AI usage in development.
• Lead workshops and coaching sessions to upskill engineers on AI-assisted software development.
• Collaborate with DevOps to standardize AI tooling across pipelines and developer environments.
• Measure developer velocity and efficiency gains using delivery metrics and team feedback.
• Report outcomes and recommend iterative improvements based on data and engineering needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading AI solution engineering and developer enablement initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying AI & ML strategy to software delivery and engineering productivity
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing AI agents frameworks in engineering workflows
• Strong leadership skills to influence engineering culture and guide adoption of disruptive tooling
• Strong project ownership skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver cross-team workflow improvements
• Hands-on tooling expertise with IDE ecosystems, version control, and CI/CD environments
• Strong full-stack context across front-end frameworks and back-end systems to optimize workflows
• Strong process automation skills for unit tests, documentation, and code review assistance
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and quantify productivity, quality, and delivery impact
• Strong communication and coaching skills to train engineers and publish practical guidelines

• Experience with RAG setups
