EPAM Systems is seeking an AI Solution Architect to boost developer productivity through practical AI adoption across front-end and back-end teams. You will assess engineering workflows, embed AI in daily tools, and experiment with generative AI, code assistants, testing generators, and agentic workflows to speed delivery.

The role requires senior-level experience in full-stack development, strong React/TypeScript/Next.js skills, and proficiency with modern IDEs, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Technical Lead / DevEx Engineer.
• Familiar with React, TypeScript, Next.js and backend APIs with microservices.
• Proficient in VS Code, JetBrains, Git, and CI/CD tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities to drive adoption of AI tech.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools for front-end and back-end developers.
• Design and automate software lifecycle workflows with AI, including tests and docs.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis into CI/CD pipelines.
• Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist for AI best practices.
• Track and communicate developer velocity and efficiency from AI initiatives.
• Guide engineering culture change with disruptive AI technologies.

We are building an AI Solution Architect to boost Front-End and Back-End developer productivity through practical AI adoption. You will assess engineering workflows and embed AI across daily development tools, processes, and pipelines, experimenting with generative AI, code assistants, automated testing generators, and agentic workflows. Help us reduce developer friction, automate routine work, and speed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs, and internal AI utilities for both front-end and back-end developers
• Design and automate software lifecycle workflows with AI, including unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries, and code-review assistance
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis plus automated bug detection and linting directly into CI/CD pipelines to surface vulnerabilities and structural issues earlier
• Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist by running workshops, producing prompt engineering guidelines for software developers, and defining best practices for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage
• Track, quantify, and communicate developer velocity and efficiency improvements from AI initiatives, including lead time, coding speed, and team sentiment shifts
• Guide engineering culture change by introducing disruptive technologies and coaching teams through adoption

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, Technical Lead or DevEx Engineer with a strong focus on developer productivity and emerging AI technologies
• Working familiarity with React, TypeScript, Next.js plus back-end components such as APIs, databases, and microservices
• Practical knowledge of VS Code, JetBrains, Git, and CI/CD tooling in modern IDE and delivery ecosystems
• Proven interpersonal and coaching ability to introduce disruptive technologies and help engineering teams navigate change
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Hands-on work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Ollama
• Background in fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups
• Experience building custom AI agents
