Greymatter Innovationz is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support our in-house creative team across digital and print, delivering branded materials in a dynamic, global environment. You will work on emails, banners, social graphics, PowerPoint decks, and motion assets, collaborating with Art Directors and Creative Directors to apply feedback and meet brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 6–8 years of graphic design experience in agency, in-house, or freelance roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong layout, typography, and visual systems understanding.
• Working knowledge of Figma for layouts and components.
• Basic skills in After Effects or other motion tools are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support production of a wide range of assets: emails, banners, social graphics, eDetailers, PowerPoint slides, and internal documents.
• Participate in creative reviews and team stand‑ups; iterate concepts and apply feedback with Art Directors and senior team members.
• Apply and respect global brand guidelines across deliverables; ensure accessibility and brand compliance.
• Assist in layout design for print and digital; create visual elements for animated projects.
• Collaborate in Figma to design and organize UI components, templates, and assets.
• Prepare files for developer handoff or localization; optimize graphics for responsive and retina displays.
• Use motion tools to create simple animations; support light motion graphics for banners, videos, or presentations.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong command of English and clear written/spoken communication.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional, global teams.
