Job summary

Lenovo seeks a detail-oriented Senior Master Planning Specialist to support forecasting and demand planning across a designated product portfolio. You will maintain forecast models, analyze demand trends, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate signals for supply planning.

The role offers exposure to Product Management, Financial Operations, and Inventory teams, with an emphasis on improving forecast accuracy and inventory planning decisions as part of a development path

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across product categories and horizons.
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, promotions to adjust forecasts.
• Prepare and validate forecasting models, attach-rate and volume plans.
• Coordinate forecasting reviews with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Support inventory planning and new product introductions with demand signals.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, serviceability, and inventory health.
• Maintain data quality in planning systems and generate dashboards.
