Slalom is seeking a Senior Architect-level Solution Owner to drive outcomes across large, multi-workstream programs. You will translate strategic priorities into delivery roadmaps and lead cross-capability engineering teams to ship products that move client metrics.

You’ll partner with product, engineering and engagement leaders, set delivery standards, and coach teams to adopt outcome-driven practices. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Formación

• Extensive product delivery experience with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and adaptation to AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into delivery outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution and project outcomes across large programs.
• Translate priorities into delivery roadmaps and lead multi-team delivery.
• Set governance, cadence, and reporting for program success.
• Coach clients to adopt outcome-driven ways of working and measure business impact.
• Design and deploy AI workflows and tooling to accelerate delivery.
