Job summary

Golabs Tech is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to lead analytics engagements from discovery to delivery. You will combine hands-on SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure, and Databricks with strong client engagement skills to translate business needs into data-driven insights.

You will drive analytics strategies for CP G/Retail, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide projects end‑to‑end. This remote role offers competitive USD compensation and opportunities to shape measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5.6 to 10 years of overall professional experience, including hands-on analytics delivery.
• Experience in CPG/Retail is required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure, and Databricks.
• Advanced analytics knowledge: regression, GLM, segmentation, forecasting.
• Data management, ETL/data flows, data quality, and database management.
• Strong project & stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BA, consulting, and Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Apply problem-solving methodologies to propose data-driven solutions.
• Lead analytics delivery, guiding data synthesis, modeling, and insights development.
• Independently lead client engagements and manage end-to-end projects.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI measurement for clients.
• Support sales with RFPs, pitches, and scoping.
• Coach team members in analytics fundamentals and project management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, capability teams, and enabling functions.
