Siemens Real Estate in Mexico is seeking a Senior Construction and Decarbonization Project Manager to lead office and industrial build-outs and related decarbonization initiatives. Based in Monterrey, you will drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Siemens sustainability and safety standards.

The role requires a degree in engineering with 10+ years of construction PM experience in Mexico, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel up to 50–70%.

Formación

• Engineering degree with 10+ years as a Construction Project Manager for industrial projects in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and electrical supply technologies, switchgear, transformers, and distribution.
• Familiar with building codes and construction contracts management.
• Knowledge of CENACE and CFE standards for medium/high voltage in Mexico.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and the Americas up to 50–70%.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Structured, motivated, innovative, and good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage real estate construction and fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Ensure Siemens guidelines for Sustainability, Digitalization and Safety on site.
• Deliver projects with quality, on time and within cost targets.
• Report regularly on project status to management and program teams.
• Lead decarbonization projects focused on energy supply, efficiency and on-site generation.
• Build and lead project teams with internal and external providers.
