Siemens Energy is seeking a LATAM Real Estate Project Manager to oversee construction projects across LATAM, ensuring standards are met, safety is prioritized, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires a construction background, PM experience, and strong communication with internal and external partners, with up to 60% travel and flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of construction methods, best practices, and ability to interpret drawings.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Full-time position with travel up to 60% and occasional extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, manage, coordinate, and support construction projects from inception through close-out.
• Oversee office fit-outs, maintenance works, ground-up projects, and extensions.
• Integrate Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm Culture into all project phases.
• Align with sponsors and stakeholders to set goals, plans, timelines, budgets, and track progress.
• Plan and negotiate projects to minimize disruption and maximize cost effectiveness.
• Present status, safety culture metrics, schedule, and finances to leadership and teams.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and financial records.

A Snapshot of Your Day: The Latin America Siemens Energy Real Estate Project Manager will oversee construction projects throughout LATAM, ensuring all projects follow Siemens Energy standards and are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires a construction background, project management experience, and strong communication skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, coordinate, and provide support for construction projects from inception through close-out, including office fit-outs, maintenance works, ground‑up projects, and extensions.
• Integrate Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm Culture into all project phases.
• Align, communicate, and collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish performance goals, scope, plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, and track progress against these objectives.
• Plan and negotiate construction projects to minimize operational disruption and achieve cost effectiveness.
• Present project status, safety culture performance, schedule, and financial tracking to executive leadership and project teams on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, with 8+ years of experience managing construction projects, architects, engineers, or construction managers.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of construction methods, best practices, and the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Full‑time position requiring flexibility for travel up to 60% and extended hours or weekends as needed.
• Advanced computer skills with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• Project Management certification (PMP) or related coursework.
