Kutir Technologies is seeking a Solution Architect / Data Modeler to own end-to-end technical solutioning across data pipelines and UI integration. You will be the main technical liaison to client Data Engineering and PMO teams, ensuring architectural alignment between Gold-layer pipelines and newsroom UI work.

This role combines hands-on direction with delivery oversight in a fast-paced client environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in data/solution architecture roles.
• 3+ years in cloud data warehouse architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Hands-on with Snowplow, Segment, or mParticle as sources.
• Strong dbt and Airflow experience; Cosmos is a plus.
• Experience in real-time analytics pipelines for high concurrency.
• Knowledge of data migrations to modern platforms.
• Coordination with UI-build teams; frontend dev not required.
• Experience with offshore delivery models and client PMOs.
• Excellent client-facing communication
• Familiarity with SSO/Okta access and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture for Gold-layer pipeline design on a cloud warehouse.
• Coordinate with Data Eng, Data Collection, and PMO stakeholders.
• Translate evolving requirements into concrete technical specs.
• Resolve architectural dependencies and hosting/platform details.
• Provide hands-on direction to offshore Data/UI teams; review designs.
• Manage delivery risk for accelerated timelines and design changes.
• Ensure data quality, parity vs legacy baselines, and observability.
• Support sprint planning and cross-quarter resourcing decisions.
• Escalate scope/timeline risks to the Solution Lead.
• Contribute to post-launch knowledge transfer and handover.
