Placements24 seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join its R&D team in a fully remote, Mexico-based role. You will design advanced models, build data pipelines, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive product innovation.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, 5+ years of experience, and expert Python or R skills with libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Pandas. You will mentor juniors and collaborate with engineers and product managers.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as CS, statistics, math, physics.
• 5+ years of professional data science or research experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate needs into data solutions.
