Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to research objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to define research questions and translate business needs into data science solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply them to improve existing models and develop new methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related research role.
• Proven expertise in Python or R, including relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and their practical applications.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in Mexico.
