The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer in Mexico to advance our data and analytics platform.
You will design and implement scalable data integration pipelines using Apache Spark (Scala) and JVM-based microservices, running on Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics. Join a team that values rigorous engineering, functional programming, and robust CI/CD practices through GitHub Actions and Maven/SBT pipelines.
Formación
- Strong proficiency in Scala and Spark with experience in functional programming.
- 3+ years of Spark development and distributed data processing.
- Experience designing data models for analytics and building REST-based microservices on JVM.
- Experience with Synapse/Fabric and Azure data services.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Hadoop/Delta Lake in cloud environments.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop data integration pipelines using Spark with Scala.
- Build scalable batch and streaming workloads in Microsoft Fabric.
- Tune Spark performance, memory, and partitioning.
- Develop REST-based microservices on the JVM.
- Apply SOLID and functional programming to deliver reliable code.
- Automate testing and deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
