Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to design and scale data infrastructure, pipelines, and a robust data warehouse for analytics and product insights. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, data scientists and product managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring, with a focus on data quality, governance, and fast, reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proven track record of Python in production-grade data projects.
• SQL-based data modeling and transformation (dbt) with schema management.
• Experience with data ingestion tools (Airbyte, Fivetran) and CDC.
• Strong orchestration (Airflow) with fault-tolerant pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau or Sigma for analytics, Snowflake-based warehousing.
• Knowledge of Snowflake administration, RBAC, and external auth.
• QA-first mindset: data quality, regression testing, validation.

Responsibilities

• Join engineers to build and scale core data infrastructure, pipelines, and services.
• Design and implement a robust data warehouse to support analytics and ops use cases.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and curated data sets with stakeholders.
• Write code daily and guide cross-functional projects.
