Spin Careers is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced data solutions. You will drive scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and advocate data governance across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics, AI-ready data models, and robust pipelines in cloud environments, emphasizing performance, security, and governance.

Formación

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with data architectures.
• Expertise in GCP and AWS data stacks, Python, Java, and SQL optimization.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and SDLC.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of scalable data pipelines for diverse data types.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectures with business needs.
• Develop and optimize data models for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Implement batch, streaming, and near real-time data processing workflows.
• Establish data governance and privacy practices across architectures.
• Maintain data architectures for lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms.
• Monitor data quality and metrics to ensure data reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute across the lifecycle using Agile.
• Document architectures, processes, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
• Lead API integrations and external data sources, ensuring compatibility.
