AgileEngine in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to translate business needs into data transformations using dbt and SQL. You will build robust pipelines and models in Snowflake, collaborating with product and analytics teams.

You will leverage AI-enabled tooling and modern development environments, owning data quality and scaling assets across fast-paced verticals while adapting to evolving priorities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering in production
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills
• Strong experience building transformation pipelines in dbt Cloud
• Proficiency with Snowflake and development tools (GitHub, VS Code)
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and product managers

Responsabilidades

• Deliver data features and pipelines within project teams focusing on business-facing verticals
• Translate complex business use cases into robust data models using dbt and SQL
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines on Snowflake using dbt Cloud, GitHub, and Python
• Document project work and transition knowledge into dbt catalogs
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data
