Vantora is building AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers and seeks a data engineer to design and operate scalable data pipelines and platforms. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust data solutions and ensure data reliability and quality across production workloads.

The role focuses on end-to-end data engineering, modeling, and optimization with modern tools in a remote LATAM context.

Formación

• Experienced data engineer with a focus on scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Proficient in Python for data tooling and automation.
• Strong SQL skills for transformation, analysis, and tuning.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL design, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, and modern data stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable production data pipelines and models.
• Own pipeline reliability including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics to define data requirements.
• Improve performance and cost efficiency of data workloads through tuning.
• Document data models, pipeline behavior, and runbooks for maintainability.
