Vantora is seeking a production agent-systems engineer to lead the end-to-end design, build and growth of our agentic function. You will own architecture across internal data-science agents and external customer-facing surfaces, making build-vs-buy decisions and growing a team as we scale.

You will deploy production LLM agents that take consequential action with human-in-the-loop controls, implement advanced retrieval and grounding, and ensure robust evaluation, observability, and rollback

Formación

• 5+ years shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong backend experience in Python and at least one modern language.
• Proven track record building production LLM agents or similar systems.
• Experience with retrieval/grounding and evaluation harnesses.
• Ability to design scalable agentic architectures and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the agentic function end-to-end across surfaces.
• Design, build, and deploy production LLM agents with controls.
• Build eval harnesses for offline/online testing and guardrails.
• Develop high-quality retrieval/grounding in proprietary data.
• Collaborate with data/ML and communicate architecture to execs.
