Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data & Analytics team and power the future of agentic customer success. You will architect, build, and scale data pipelines and graphs that ground our AI agents in real-time, high-context data, ensuring absolute data quality and freshness.

You’ll partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions and drive trusted AI integrations across the Salesforce platform.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop data pipelines and data graphs to power AI agents and human-facing applications.
• Establish and enforce rigorous data quality, latency, and freshness standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Build identity graphs and customer graphs on top of structured and unstructured data.
• Lead end-to-end data delivery automation across internal databases and third-party APIs.
• Contribute to high-quality, production-grade software with secure, optimized code.
