Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Service Retention Sr. Specialist to deliver advanced data analytics, reporting, and BI solutions for the Service Retention organization in Mexico City.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to develop data-driven insights that improve retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, Snowflake and Oracle knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive aftersales/data analytics/BI experience.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and BI reporting.
• Advanced SQL programming and querying.
• Advanced Python for analytics, data engineering, and automation.
• Snowflake data warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and relational concepts.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Experience building analytical models and reporting solutions.
• Strong project management and ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage BI reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data to support retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead data integration projects, including data delivery and UAT validation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Nissan Digital, BI, Aftersales, and Dealer Performance teams to build scalable data solutions.
• Support dealer programs and KPI reporting, and develop RPA solutions where applicable.
