AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to build data pipelines and analytical models enabling business intelligence and strategic decision-making in the media and entertainment industry.

The role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and entails collaboration with product managers and analysts across fast-paced projects. You'll work with Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Python, GitHub, and VS Code, applying AI-assisted tooling to optimize data flows and governance.

Formación

• 4+ years in data or analytics engineering in production.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and development tools (GitHub, VS Code).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines within project teams, focusing on fast-paced, business-facing verticals like distribution.
• Translate complex business use cases into robust data models using dbt and SQL with revenue and performance data from platforms like Tubi, Roku, YouTube, and Amazon channels.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines using Snowflake cloud warehouse, dbt Cloud, GitHub, VS Code, and Python; document project data sources in dbt catalogs.
• Leverage AI tools in development workflow (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake Cortex) and work with leadership on governance for tools adoption.
• Collaborate with product managers, data visualization leads, and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data and ensure quality.
