Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a Pharmaceutical, Clinical, or Biological sciences background to support a major pharmaceutical client’s in vitro applications portfolio. You will translate scientific data flows into clear visuals and practical guidance for engineers, collaborating with a distributed team of experts.

The role emphasizes domain expertise, documentation, and independent delivery within an international environment, with strong English communication and knowledge

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with life-sciences applications (Genedata Screener, Dotmatics, or Signal VitroVivo).
• Experience with scientific/pharmaceutical data and data movement between systems.
• Ability to translate complex science concepts into clear docs and visuals.
• Strong communication with scientists and engineers.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage deliverables in a distributed team.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Act as domain expert for a technical support team of approximately 15 Full-Stack and Data Engineers.
• Help the engineering team understand the client's in vitro applications, data flows, and overall application landscape.
• Create clear application portfolio and data-flow visualizations.
• Prepare documentation and knowledge materials that enable engineers to investigate and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Translate scientific and application-specific concepts into information that technical specialists can easily understand and use.
• Work independently with clear deliverables and timelines while collaborating closely with a distributed international team.
