Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst to provide advanced production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in the International Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.

You will own incidents from triage to resolution and partner with global stakeholders to maintain service levels. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, ITSM experience (ServiceNow), and deep knowledge of multi-country O2C processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong recent experience providing L2 and L3 production support in a global, business-critical D365 F&O environment.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes (Customer setup, Sales orders, Pricing, Fulfillment, AR, Invoicing, Returns, Inventory).

Responsabilidades

• Own incidents and service requests from triage to closure.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end transaction flows and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate escalations with development, infrastructure, and Microsoft support as needed.
• Monitor ticket queues, SLA compliance, and knowledge management activities.
