Demant is seeking a senior ERP consultant to support, optimize, and evolve our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across international teams. You will provide ongoing super user support, own incidents and changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality solution delivery.

The role requires deep understanding of wholesale, hub processes, supply chain, and manufacturing, with travel availability and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree within IT/ Logistics/Finance
• Experience with D365F&O or AX2012 or another ERP in international or multicultural enterprises
• Familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of wholesale, hub, supply chain, manufacturing or finance processes
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across countries
• Fluent English communication and collaborative mindset

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing support to super users, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Own incidents, changes, or service requests until closure
• Monitor backlog in ServiceNow and act on business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions
• Lead super user training and UAT testing related to code releases
• Participate in initiatives contributing business knowledge and insights
• Perform tasks or projects under supervisor direction
