UST is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the Cybersecurity Program Office’s growing portfolio of security initiatives. This senior, hands-on role scopes and drives execution of complex, cross-functional security programs and delivers actionable, resourced plans.

You will lead scoping for multi-workstream infrastructure initiatives, coordinate across security, network engineering, and cloud operations, and partner with external vendors to ensure delivery within scope,

• Proven ability to scope initiatives from strategy into executable plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across security, network, and Cloud teams.
• Executive-level communication skills for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scoping of security initiatives from strategy to executable plan with milestones.
• Coordinate across security, network engineering, end-user computing, and cloud operations.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners and vendors, manage scope and SLAs.
• Provide real-time initiative health updates to leadership.
