Job summary

You will synthesize data from surveys, call center interactions, and social media, identify friction points, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams, enabling improved consumer experiences in the LAR region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Business English proficiency required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Synthesis & Analysis: extract and analyze VoC data (NPS/CSAT/CES) across journey stages.
• Multichannel Insight Generation: interpret unstructured data from transcripts, chats, social media.
• Root Cause Identification: correlate pain points with operations to explain detraction.
• Reporting & Dashboards: build Power BI/Tableau dashboards and executive reports.
• Action Plan Support: provide data for cross-functional CX improvement initiatives.
• Closed-Loop Monitoring: ensure feedback leads to learning and resolution.
• Cross-Functional CX Project & Follow-up: manage end-to-end CX improvement projects.
