Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, seeks a Senior EHS&S Technician to coordinate daily EHS&S activities ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with J&J standards. You will support recycling and waste programs, inspections, and incident investigations within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires GMP/ISO knowledge, strong communication, and experience in EHS&S practices. This position offers on-site work at the facility in Ciudad Juárez with global safety experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in related fields.
• GMP/ ISO (18001 / 14001) knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of product and processes preferred
• Strong communication Skills
• Assertiveness
• Basic knowledge of EHS&S programs
• Knowledge of chemical and waste management. (BASIC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow J&J policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
• Assist with EHS&S Incident Investigations.
• Assist with the evaluation, planning and implementation of EHS&S program components; under direct supervision, assist with projects requiring basic knowledge of EHS&S.
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating Recycling, Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste programs.
• Conduct inspections to identify EHS&S issues in the facility.
