Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juarez seeks a Warehouse Supervisor I (Fixed Term 6 Months) to lead warehouse and kitting room operations, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will supervise coordinators and clerks, drive lean initiatives, and coordinate with manufacturing and distribution to ensure timely material flow. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; ERP system knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in Materials/Inventory Control preferred.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience in Warehouse/Materials Management preferred.
• ERP inventory systems knowledge preferred (JDE, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Coordinators, Associates, and Clerks.
• Ensure efficient Receiving, Storage, Handling, Dispatching and Materials Movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMS and environmental policies.
