Job summary

WNC Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Trade Compliance professional to manage day-to-day operations of the site customs department and serve as the main local contact for customs audits and inquiries.

You will ensure compliance with IMMEX, OEA, VAT, and Annex 24 regulations, coordinate with Global Trade Compliance teams, and support inventory and asset controls across the site. English proficiency is required; a Bachelor in Trade or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant Trade Compliance experience on similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Trade, Customs or related field is required.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage day-to-day operations for site customs department.
• Coordinate with Global Trade Compliance teams to identify duty savings and ensure compliance with FTA, ProSec, and Rule 8th.
• Ensure data integrity for import/export software and broker filings for IMMEX shipments.
• Conduct site risk analysis and remediation actions for compliance.
• Support production line transfers, equipment changes, and procurement related to import.
