You will transform complex business topics into engaging visual stories, supervise reviews, and deliver high-quality content across corporate videos, podcasts, webinars, and social media.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video editing and multimedia production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and visual communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, audio editing, sound design, and video post-production.
• Experience producing multimedia content including corporate videos, executive communications, podcasts, webinars, and social media content.
• Experience managing creative projects, stakeholder feedback, and multiple production deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for video editing and content creation.
• English: Advanced proficiency (B2+).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery.
• Transform complex topics into engaging visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Lead hands-on editing with Premiere Pro, motion graphics, audio, and branded elements.
• Manage creative reviews, feedback, revisions, and timelines.
• Coordinate post-production: color grading, sound, QA, and multi-format exports.
• Manage multiple projects with organized workflows and assets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to speed editing and content creation.
