Job summary

Wizeline is seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to lead end-to-end video and multimedia production. You will transform complex business topics into engaging visuals, lead editing with Premiere Pro, and manage reviews and timelines across multiple projects.

You’ll work with motion graphics, audio, and post-production, using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows. The role is hybrid in Mexico City or Guadalajara, requiring strong storytelling and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video editing and multimedia production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Experience with motion graphics, audio editing, and post-production.
• Experience producing corporate videos, executive communications, podcasts, webinars, and social content.
• Experience managing projects, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools for editing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video and multimedia production, from creative concept development and scripting to editing and final delivery.
• Transform complex business and financial topics into engaging visual stories tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Lead hands-on video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics, audio, captions, and branded visual elements.
• Manage creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, revisions, and production timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate post-production activities, including color grading, sound mixing, quality control, and multi-format exports.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized workflows, media assets, and production documentation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve editing workflows and accelerate content creation.

Must-have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in professional video editing and multimedia production, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and visual communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, audio editing, sound design, and video post-production.
• Experience producing multimedia content, including corporate videos, executive communications, podcasts, webinars, and social media content.
• Experience managing creative projects, stakeholder feedback, and multiple production deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for video editing and content creation.
• English: Advanced proficiency (B2+), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics animation.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Frame.io.
• Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience working with virtual production tools such as Riverside or Descript.
