Eaton seeks a Senior Analyst to support Cost Accounting within operations of the Electrical Sector – Americas, Juárez. The role partners with finance to ensure costs are estimated, accumulated, and reported accurately for ES-A in Juarez, MX.

This position drives standard costing and data integrity across ERP systems. It requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with SCM and Operations, and the ability to implement costing improvements while aligning with Eaton policies and external

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost/Manufacturing accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial policies.

Responsabilidades

• Import and analyze ERP data to calculate updated direct labor, material, and overhead rates.
• Benchmark costs against historical results and industry standards for accuracy.
• Collaborate with SCM and Operations to finalize cost standards daily and monthly.
• Maintain uniform costing methodologies across sites and ensure policy compliance.
• Review standard costs vs. actuals and support internal cost reporting.
