Job description

Senior Contracts Attorney | Global Accounts

About Integreon

Integreon is a global provider of legal and business process solutions, supporting law firms and corporate legal departments around the world. Our contracts team works as an extension of in-house legal teams at leading global companies, combining legal expertise, technology and proven delivery models.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Attorney to lead the review, drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for global clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, own escalations, and help shape the playbooks and processes that our team relies on.

What you will do

  • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements in English: sales and customer contracts, technology and SaaS agreements, procurement and vendor contracts, NDAs and other commercial documents.

  • Lead negotiations directly with counterparties and client business teams, balancing legal risk with commercial goals.

  • Act as the escalation point for mid-level attorneys on non-standard terms and high-risk issues.

  • Build, refine and maintain client playbooks, templates and fallback positions.

  • Manage relationships with client legal and business stakeholders across multiple time zones.

  • Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level attorneys.

  • Identify process improvements and support the adoption of contract technology and AI tools.

What you bring

  • Law degree and active license to practice in Mexico.

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally with multinational companies, international law firms or legal service providers.

  • Full professional English (C1 or higher), written and spoken. Daily work is in English.

  • Proven experience negotiating with US or international counterparties.

  • Strong knowledge of key commercial terms: limitation of liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, warranties, termination and payment terms.

  • Experience working with playbooks and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.

Soft skills that make the difference

  • Negotiation and influence: you know when to hold firm and when to find a creative middle ground.

  • Commercial mindset: you understand the business behind the contract.

  • Clear, concise communication with non-legal audiences.

  • Leadership and mentoring.

  • Ownership and sound judgment under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Adaptability across clients, cultures and time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, SaaS or procurement-heavy industries.

  • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Exposure to legal tech and AI tools for contract review.
