Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consultant - Technology Program Management to lead complex technology programs and drive strategic outcomes. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while coordinating with clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

In this hybrid role, you will guide project teams, mentor staff, and ensure governance compliance, delivering value and continuous improvement across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of complex technology programs and projects.
• Strong command of Agile delivery methodology, with hands-on use of JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
• Experience managing and optimizing applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience performing financial analysis to track and report on project value realization.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant - Technology Program Management, you will make an impact by leading a collection of work, including epics and projects, to achieve desired business outcomes and ensure technical solutions are delivered in alignment with strategic goals. You will be a valued member of the Technology Program Management team and work collaboratively with project managers, product and platform owners, Technology Business Partners, and clients.

In this role, you will

• Own and manage the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor the performance of programs, projects, and service delivery, and communicate status, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Work model
