Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Lead in Querétaro to oversee safety on complex structural and electrical sites.

You will coordinate with contractors, advise senior management on safety plans, and enforce compliance with STPS/OSHA while promoting health and safety initiatives.

This role requires seven years of construction safety experience, formal qualifications, and the ability to work with design teams on mission-critical projects.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety and formal qualifications.
• Extensive experience communicating with contractors and coordinating with design teams.
• Advanced experience in executing data centers or mission-critical constructions.
• Advanced proficiency in using computer tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA.
• Advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure implementation.
• Review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
• Attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.
• Supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.
• Encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives to improve safety behavior across all projects.
• Manage local regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
