Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Querétaro seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules for industrial infrastructure. You will coordinate with construction, engineering, and supplier teams to capture progress and deviations, and report status to executives in both Spanish and English.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, 5+ years in industrial scheduling, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure

Formación

• At least 5 years of scheduling experience on industrial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; fluency in Spanish and English for documentation and reporting.
• Experience managing schedules, critical paths, risks, and executive communications in high-pressure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and update integrated schedules for industrial infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain S-curves to monitor progress and financial performance.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and supplier teams to capture actual progress and deviations.
• Identify critical paths, risks, bottlenecks, and delays to support timely decisions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, field supervisors, and PMO to align planning and site execution.
• Participate in project review meetings presenting schedule status and corrective actions.
• Apply LEAN Construction, Scrum, Agile, or PMP principles to improve planning and execution.
• Lead schedule recovery plans to restore progress and meet objectives.
• Ensure milestones and billing dates are met while linking execution to executive management.
