Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a QA/QC professional with 5+ years in industrial electrical projects, including substations and transmission lines. The role focuses on developing QA/QC plans, verifying materials and practices, and ensuring compliance with Mexican standards.

The candidate will perform inspections, manage NCRs, and oversee electrical testing activities such as megger, TTR, and dielectric tests, while coordinating with planning, engineering, and PMO teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in industrial electrical projects, including high-voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Experience applying quality standards and regulations relevant to the Mexican energy sector (CFE, NOM).
• Hands-on electrical testing activities such as megger, TTR, insulation resistance, and dielectric testing.
• Strong documentation, record management, reporting, inspections, and NCR management; bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations (CFE, NOM, IEC).
• Verify materials, installation practices, testing activities, and construction records for quality and compliance.
• Perform routine technical inspections and generate detailed photographic and documentary reports.
• Identify, document, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee and validate electrical testing activities (megger, TTR, insulation resistance, dielectric tests).
• Analyze quality and technical performance metrics and present updates at meetings.
