Amgen is seeking a Compliance Associate Director in CDMX to lead strategic, risk-based compliance across the country and region. You will support the design, implementation, and oversight of corporate compliance programs, ensuring adherence to global policies and local regulations.

You will interact with leadership to drive standard practices, provide expert privacy and healthcare compliance guidance, and mentor a dispersed team to achieve regulatory excellence in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Science, Business, or related field with relevant compliance experience.
• 5–7 years in pharma/biotech compliance roles with regulatory expertise.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience designing and overseeing corporate compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, risk-based compliance advice on key initiatives (new launches, collaborations, etc.).
• Support compliance programs and policies and applicable standards across markets.
• Act as contact point for healthcare compliance and privacy in the country, supporting regional Leads.
• Lead with cross-functional teams to implement audits, action plans and training.
• Develop regional teams and drive consistency in compliance practices across sub-regions.
