Qualifications

• 10+ years leading brokers/agents teams.
• Strong relationships with Brokers and Clients in Monterrey.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook proficiency.
• Process optimization, communication, prioritization, client service.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Adequate control of financials/pipeline.
• Multinational experience preferred and general insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Broker Engagement – develop strategic relationships with Global/International brokers across client segments.
• Explore alternative distribution with local bancassurance, affinity and sponsored distribution strategies.
• Support wholesale distribution to develop reinsurance opportunities in the Northern territory.
• Lead Distribution Data & Analytics with local Analytics team to develop indicators for BDMs.
• Collaborate with Head of Distribution to articulate risk appetite and value proposition; coordinate PCC NSC referrals.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Implement and utilize distribution best practices across channels to optimize productivity.
• Provide strategic orientation and develop organizational capability.
• Lead and develop high-caliber teams with strong talent development.
• Drive results orientation and effective communication across departments.
• Develop Business Development Managers (BDM).
