One Mobility Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior Cluster Controller to lead financial performance and governance for a network of manufacturing plants. You will partner with Plant Management to align local objectives with global targets, ensuring transparency and strong financial controls.

The role interfaces with the global Finance & Controlling organization, translating plant performance into actionable insights, supporting planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel for KPI calculations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial performance and business steering for a cluster of plants.
• Interface between plant leadership and global Finance & Controlling.
• Translate operations into actionable financial insights and support decision-making.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting and investment activities for the cluster.
• Promote best-practice sharing across sites to enable sustainable profitability.
