ENNOVI, a Mobility Electrification Solutions Partner, seeks a Mexico-based Finance Controller to lead the regional finance function, ensure timely reporting, and support site management with strategic financial insights.

You will coordinate accounting close, tax compliance, internal controls, and partnering with operations to drive profitability, cost control, and governance across manufacturing processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in English (and local language in country of operations).
• Professional integrity, confidentiality and able to maintain sensitive information.
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills; lead by example.
• Experience in manufacturing environments; familiarity with related processes.
• Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency; ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain integrity and timeliness of financial reporting per statutory requirements and Interplex policies.
• Perform monthly close and management reporting per HQ requirements (IFM).
• Ensure assets/liabilities are accurately recorded and P&L reflects performance.
• Maintain cost controls over BOM, routings, labor, and overhead absorption.
• Coordinate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and other filings; ensure timely filings and audits.
• Provide business partnering support to plant management to optimize financial performance.
• Promote governance and build a scalable finance organization; mentor team.
