Capmation Inc. is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead hands-on development and cross-stack architecture within a fast-moving engineering team. You will balance implementing features end-to-end with strategic technical decisions and mentorship across engineers.

You will partner with product stakeholders and delivery teams to shape engineering standards, drive quality, and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences while advancing secure, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Python and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with API creation and management.
• Strong background in serverless architectures and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on Engineering: own and implement full stack features end-to-end and evaluate new tools to improve standards.
• Quality Assurance: enforce code quality standards and support QA teams with test coverage.
• Technical Leadership: design and architect scalable systems aligned to business goals and drive efficiency, optimization, and maintainability.
• Best Practices: promote and model company practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: partner with ops, stakeholders, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Team Development: mentor engineers at all levels, lead training, code reviews, and align standards.
