Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to oversee data management for one or more trials. You will serve as the lead data manager and liaison to the Project Lead and clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to study plans.

You will direct complex studies, mentor staff, and support budgeting and forecasting while maintaining regulatory compliance and data integrity across global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent
• Ability to apply knowledge in regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple studies and teams

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for one or more projects.
• Act as liaison to Project Lead and client as required.
• Produce project status reports for management and clients.
• Monitor study metrics and escalate risks per policy.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee study activities.
• Assist with resourcing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Communicate data management activities to management.
• Contribute to bid defense meetings where required.
