Job summary

MSCI is seeking a Sr. Associate, Client Service to advise and support Private Assets clients on the Private i platform. You will leverage investment knowledge and analytics to help investors maximize value and make smarter decisions.

You will partner with institutional investors, deliver expert guidance, and lead demonstrations and onboarding to ensure client success across regions and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech, or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
• Experience working with global teams and collaborating across functions and regions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Deep understanding of global financial markets and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on the Private i platform and the broader MSCI Private Assets product suite.
• Partner with institutional investors to understand workflows, investment processes, and business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and resolving complex product and analytical questions.
• Deliver exceptional product support and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups.
• Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training workshops.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to validate platform enhancements and advocate for client needs.
• Act as the voice of the client within MSCI and represent MSCI as a trusted partner to clients.
