MSCI Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support client meetings, prepare presentations, and track follow-ups for private asset index projects.

The role collaborates with Coverage, Research, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of benchmarking solutions for institutional investors. You will coordinate custom index opportunities, maintain project trackers, and drive internal process improvements to scale team capacity.

Formación

• 2–4 years in project coordination, operations, client support, or related role.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or data/analytics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Jira and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, including slide decks and index summaries.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and distribute methodology documents.
• Maintain organized client-facing material repositories for fast turnaround.
• Coordinate custom index opportunities across multiple teams and manage timelines.
• Track multiple initiatives and identify blockers to escalate to leadership.
• Support internal materials, stakeholder updates, and team communications.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose process improvements to scale capacity.
