Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on renewable energy projects to lead site assessment, foundation design and infrastructure for solar and wind installations. This remote role requires collaboration with international teams and strong geotechnical expertise.

You will design foundations, grading, drainage and access routes, conduct geotechnical analyses, and ensure compliance with codes. Travel may be needed to sites and for inspections as projects progress.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering on renewable energy projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS.
• Strong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage and earthworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering aspects of renewable energy projects (site assessment, layout, infrastructure design).
• Design foundations for solar panels and wind turbines and related equipment.
• Develop site grading, drainage and access road designs for construction and operation.
• Conduct geotechnical investigations and inform foundation design.
• Ensure compliance with international and local building codes and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage external consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and construction inspections and potentially travel.
• Prepare technical reports, design documents, specs and cost estimates.
• Support project planning, scheduling and risk management for civil works.
