Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead renewable energy infrastructure projects from a fully remote location in Mexico. You will manage all phases from feasibility to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in energy project management, with renewable energy experience and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 is required for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in energy infrastructure.
• Experience in renewable energy (solar/wind/geothermal).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses.
• Oversee the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with EPC contractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage project documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
