Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Mexico City seeks a Finance leader to manage the full finance cycle of the country’s channel business, including budgeting, AR/AP, and P&L performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive improvements across processes and systems.

The role requires 5+ years in finance within retail/e-commerce or channel businesses, with strong Excel modeling, data sensitivity, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, e-commerce, or channel business.
• Strong data sensitivity and business acumen, with the ability to identify issues from data, analyze root causes and drive solutions.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, drive projects and deliver results under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.

• Design and optimize channel finance processes and management mechanisms.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for metrics and strategic projects.
