Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change-management for ERP transformation, application development and support, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and the ability to design training and communications plans. Remote work option available, with interaction at EVP/SVP Finance levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Structured change-management frameworks and driving sustainable adoption.
• Ability to communicate with EVP/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.
