Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Oracle EBS expertise to join our ERP initiative. You will partner with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and design specifications.

You'll lead requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and support during deployment, ensuring data integrity and smooth post-production support across cross-functional teams in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.
